Richmond police arrested two adults Friday and charged them with child endangerment after the couple allegedly was found to be intoxicated while caring for an infant about 7 months old.  Stacy L. Peercy, 29, and Brandon M. Thompson, 32, of Brandy Lane, were charged for public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a minor, according to Richmond Police Chief Larry Brock.
